Cancellation Policy
Your appointment is reserved especially for you we do appreciate that sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We respectfully request that you give us at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Please understand that when you cancel your appointment at short notice we are unable to fill that appointment time. This means we lose the opportunity to book other clients in. We do appreciate that it can be easy to forget an appointment when booked in advance so we will send you a reminder of your appointment by text message.

Cancellation Fees
As the services are reserved for your personally, a cancellation fee will apply if you fail to give at least 24 hours notice that you will not be able to attend the appointment.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of 50% of the treatment price unless exceptional circumstances apply.
