Acne and Problem Prone Skin
Acne is a common skin condition that affects most people at some point in their lives. This can range from pimples to painful cysts which can causing scarring. Acne can start in teenage years but can also start at any age. It is commonly linked to hormones. The hormones cause the grease glands to produce large amounts of oil resulting in blocked follicles and p.acne bacteria.

Products that contain Alpha Hydroxy Acids (AHAs) and Beta Hydroxy Acids (BHAs) as these help exfoliate the skin, keeping the skin smoother and clearer. A gentle facial wash twice daily, followed by toner and a moisturiser. Pharmagel Beta-c moisturiser is for oily skin and will help control oil levels and minimise blockages. It also has anti-bacterial qualities so will help prevent future acne break outs. A weekly exfoliating scrub and clay masque. Clay helps draw out impurities.
